Tasting Notes
VIEW
At sight it is clean and bright, with an intense yellow color with golden reflections.
NOSE
The nose is aromatic and elegant, with notes of tropical fruits and older fruits. Its aromas of coconut, white chocolate and vanilla give it great complexity.
MOUTH
It is full and smooth in the mouth, with good structure and refreshing acidity. An expressive white wine, with good body and flavor in its style, with a persistent and harmonious finish.
ROSELL BOHER
Rosell Boher are celebrating 20 years since their first sparkling vintage and 120 years of winemaking tradition. It all began in 1999 when the facilities of the winery founded at the end of the 19th century by Bernardo Martínez, grandfather of the current winemaker Alejandro Martínez.
Since then, Cavas Rosell Boher have continued the French tradition of Champagne, making products only through the Champenoise Method, with the time and patience necessary to obtain a final result of extreme quality.
Rosell Boher are a young winery with history, tradition that produces wines of excellence.
ORIGIN AND PREPARATION
100% Chardonnay from the Uco Valley, Mendoza, Argentina. 100% of this wine matured in first-use French and American oak barrels for 12 months. After aging, a selection of barrels was made to make up the cut of 4,000 unique bottles.
SERVING TEMPERATURE
8ºC to 10ºC.
